In winter time, you might check the utility company that powers the furnace once in a while to be sure there is heat so that your pipes don't freeze.Some jurisdictions require you to be responsible for the bills if the tenant does not pay. 

For those of us in the South, this is a pretty constant problem even in winter time.

Any idea how active these classes/meetings during winter time?

When I had bought the building 2 years ago it was winter time and the entire back yard was dog crap from someone's emotional support animal.

We are also in the restaurant industry and would like to know if it's busy in the winter time.

But my concerns are that there is much less home-buying in general, and especially in the wintertime, and that with much more limited inventory, you may be capped at, say, 60k even in peak summer season.So if anyone or any CO or AK agents can shed some light on this, it would be great.
