Gatlinburg TN area for investment and restaurant jobs
My husband and I are looking to relocate to the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge TN area to invest in multifamily and SFH. We are also in the restaurant industry and would like to know if it's busy in the winter time. I appreciate your time and feedback

Yes it is busy year round. Jan and Feb slow down but still busy. Talk to @Chuck Kramer he owns several cabins and a restaurant in the area.
