Now known as a popular city for young professionals and tourists, Austin has many new residents who formerly dwelled in California — an often comical reality in the city as cultures have melded over the years.

In the Reno, NV market the midterm doesn't bring in much more income than an LTR unless you're in a more tourist area but then you're paying more for the initial costs. 

Oregon State University has one of the biggest Forestry Schools in the country if not the largest.. its like if you want to be a wine maker you go to UC Davis in CA.. if you want to be in forestry you go to Oregon state.. or if you want to be in Mining you go to school of Mines in CO.. etc etc.
