With freon and a new weld for the copper, it is going to run us $900.We have the house under contract, but it is still in the option period and the house has not yet passed inspection or had the bank appraisal.

Sheetrock repair should be no more than $250 unless it is extensive with lots of areas to patch.If the staircase is really bad, that could be an issue but if it just needs some bracing that should not be a big deal.Sounds like you need to find a reasonably priced handyman.After a second opinion the itemized break down is:Stair landing welding / brick repair $950 Laundry room door repair / change $500Remove vegitation from building / stairs $150Repair / repaint ceiling bathroom @ kitchen $1200 The deal - $152,500 quadplex , fully occupied $1,775/mo rent.

This door also usually starts out as glass, but usually the first time after a junkie smashes the glass pane and crawls in to rob the place of a couple packs of cigarettes, cthe steel of the glass door frame gets a steel plate welded over it and is held open from the outside with a rope that attaches to an eyebolt driven into the side of the building.
