I use this language in my maintenance section:"Tenant shall:Remove snow from public walkways per City, County and State of Illinois codes and rules.

Good siding, foundation, concrete walkways, yard, landscaping.

Other questions folks might ask you is, whether it's just porches and common walkways, or also the parking area, also sidewalks, etc.I only say this because I've had "misunderstandings" a few times over the years about exactly which snow was going to be removed :-/

The area I live in has plans to build a pedestrian walkway on "side street B" which is a small one way street.

It turns on halfway up the walkway to the porch allowing the renters to see when they are unlocking the front door. 

On their side of the wall there are plans to build a walkway. 

My elevation is only 1700, and I've had two guests snowed in and just recently bought salt to spread around the walkways. 

However I don't have a clue about manufactured homes and i'm curious.I have looked in several nice manufactured home neighborhoods with paved streets, communal walkways, good people, etc. 

Anything can happen during the first year, and if payments are not made, or tenant destroys the property and you walkway from it, you will get caught and will for sure be in big trouble.
