What marketing techniques/venues do we use to find prospective tenant buyers who will ultimately be able qualify for a $285,000 mortgage and pay from $1800 - $2000/month lease payments.

Lifelong Queens resident here and I was also invited to and attended the official Amazon NYC announcement at the Governor’s office on Tuesday - mind you, this was not a huge venue open to the general public; small room on the 38th Floor of his office with 50-60 movers and shakers intimately involved in the deal coming together plus the always entertaining New York press corps. - ProofHappy to share some perspective.

It's the same venue and city for the upcoming event, but we've moved the dates to Oct 18th and 19th. 

I'm going to start looking for a venue and spread the word outside of bigger pockets as well. 

Is it possible to receive recommendations via this venue?

Once you have artists you have other hipsters, then coffee shops and music venues and then breweries which higher rents through demand etc. 

What a learning venue this is. 

Or were there other factors involved in that change of venue?
