Vacation rental owners should be on all four listing sites.

I have 0 experience managing STR properties, but lots of experience using Airbnb from my travels 😅 I am halfway reading Avery Carl’s book on STR.

Speaking from hands on experience on both platforms as I've worked with both Carrot and Wordpress sites (more than 400 sites so far since 2017), what carrot brings into the table is their simple, all in one, fast website platform.

Now the house has been sitting vacant for over one month despite PM putting it on zillow and other sites.

Calvin,First of all, get your phone number on the donotcall.gov site. 

I went to the auditor site and the property is considered a true 2 bedroom and no permits were ever pulled best I can tell when they added the third "bedroom". 

Sometimes companies keep the main site consumer oriented and at the bottom real small is a corporate link to go to their headquarter website.

Site work took about 18 months . 

I've found this site a little intimidating if I'm being honest due to the interface.
