You bought a 6plex for $75,000 and are all in for $170,000 today?

I'm not saying one shouldn't seek advice and learn up before taking a giant leap for mankind, however the importance of ACTION, itself, I can't stress enough – especially in today's world of information overload.

@Naresh Yegireddi- This is above my pay grade but I was reading an article in the Wall Street Journal today about how the highest-earning 10% of Americans account for more than 50% of consumer spending. 

Today its difficult at 20-40% down to make something cash flow (in real life not on paper).

Today I have 48 homes but starting to reduce my portfolio in some areas and looking for completely passive income streams. 

Being a normal person and giving someone a heads up has not bit me, yet.In addition to what the law requires, I always shoot the tenant a heads up either via text, call, or email.If they are mostly responding to email, then shoot them an email.Emojis and gifs work wonders in today's day in age.
