My first multifamily 6 units full rhab.

Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $95,000

Bouight this 6 units with owner finance. Place need a full rehab. Lot of experienced investors told me I was crazy for taking this propject but I didnt listen to them. I know my crew can make this place look totally different and I was right.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The oener finaning option.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Networking.

How did you finance this deal?

Owner finance for purchase private money for rehab. Then refi with my bank for 30 years.

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehabbing the all building.

What was the outcome?

Great. Cash flowing $1500.00 a month.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Again never listen to those experts.
