If you do a cash out refi and choose to do an interest hold back there is no reserve asset requirement. 9 month of reserve payments will be used from cash out proceedsIf he owns more than one property they will require reserves for each property so in many cases the cash out will not suffice.

100 amps to 200 amps electrical upgrade for 1000 sq ft unit?

While 100 amps should be sufficent, it either A) is not in this situation or B) Something is wrong with the existing panel to have these problems constantly.In either case it sounds like the panel needs to be replaced, and if it is being replaced...the cost of the upgrade is marginal to go to a 200 amp service versus just replacing it with another 100 amp panel.

However suffice to say these are some of the highest paid people in the US that are not actors or hedge fund managers :)But what I have found missing in virtually all these events I have sit through all these years.. is HOW TO SELL.they all teach the nuts and bolts.. but I don't see any focus on how to actually sell.
