Directly east of that street, which is not now heavily traveled, is the neighborhood high school, and the view is basically the parking lot and the bleachers for the football stadium.

I am starting to look in South Philly down towards the stadiums.

Looking at a 2 fam semi attached in NYC near Yankee Stadium good shape Sq ft 4,167 plus a two car garage.

Neighborhoods around new sports stadiums, city parks, and "town center" type developments become desirable very quickly.

These West Side communities are now being rehabbed and redeveloped since the west side belt line trail and new stadium have been built.

Although Im sad about losing the Niners it will be really nice to visit the new stadium.
