Your best bet would be to find a portfolio lender whose niche aligns with your investment strategy. 

Another single family house had two front doors and they assumed it was 2 units, it was not.

Generally best bet is to be able to do significant portfolios at a time and try to bundle at least 8-10 of these in one blanket loan
