Do you agree with that sentiment?

I'd agree with a lot of the sentiment - use the "find a lender" feature and speak to a few that lend in your state. 

There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits). 

I would recommend keeping it on if you plan to move into it (ideally immediately so you can keep the prop tax discount)  or if it has sentimental value.  

The supply issue now a bearish sentiment than a bullish one anymore; everyone already factors we are at just ridiculously low levels supply so any uptick is net bearish on RE. 

The items listed sound like they were going to have to be fixed anyway,so the $$$ is what it is.... but the timing sucks My sentiments exactly.

But I do agree with the sentiment of your post.

The property is back on the market.I understand their(both agents) sentiments and your thoughts about submitting another offer did cross my mind.
