I second what John said, but if you are severely design impaired like myself, maybe ask around some local hosts / host groups. 

If you haven't already, you should research the stats on Furnished Finder to see how many people are looking for a midterm rental, how many units are currently available and the configuration and prices hosts are offering.

I can do this by networking, hosting a monthly meetup for investors, and offering a coaching program.How about you?
