And be sure you have the ability to fire them at will and settle up so if they aren't progressing how you would expect, you can move on without paying huge penalties or in some cases not having any way of being able to fire them at all (some of the builders' contracts are ridiculously in their favor). 

If you going appreciation, your going "path of progress" and the fever pith place for that is NW metro outside the loop (494-694 loop).

It's amazing how people on these voting committees single in on issues that should not stand in the way of community progress like landscaping, parking, and dog parks.

I will let you know when I come to Philly in 2025 because I'd love to see the progress as it goes.

I understand this career it would be helpful to have a degree but I have also learned that some people learn more and progress more by doing.
