Each week I will be sending out around 250 letters to keep calls flowing consistently.I currently make my own yellow letters with a printer and they actually look like I hand wrote them.

You will likely need a good laser printer or use a company like Vistaprint to make them though.  

Printer our own postcards with our office color printer, and used the USPS's Every Door Direct Mail to mail to routes, so you don't need any addresses.About 40 cents per card, printed and postage, when all is said and done.

It sounds like the print shops you have looked into might not be direct mail printers, though of course I am just assuming.

I’m 42 (“old”) and don’t own a printer.

As you can imagine, scheduling people to see the property, answering the same questions over and over via email and trying to create a process has been quite a task.Here's the areas I'm struggling with:Applications:  sending out word or PDF documents has been tough as most potential tenants don't have a home computer or printer access.Showings:  I'm in Houston and property is in Atlanta.... and we are in the midst of CV-19. 

You look like a damn rookie that doesn't have enough cash to buy a printer and some printer paper.Dude all you have to do.. is act like a friggin NORMAL human being.if you want to buy something are you going to send someone a childish scribbled letter on yello wpaper trying WAY too hard to look like you are a real person that send the letter and not a mass mailed letter?
