I made an error, it's actually Zapier you need to integrate with podio, but it will be able to automatically track the caller to a campaign based on the call rail number they dial. 

What a great way to still invite quality applicants, but to screen out all the callers that are unqualified, without getting a million phone calls.

The vast majority of your callers will be like that.

This should cut down on some of the irate callers.These methods may not be a "be all end all" approach to irate callers, but it just may cut down on some of the abuse taken up front.Just some ideas.Jeff V

The host didnt ask even one qn which is "real" - the "guru" says its easy to make money but he wants his students to "earn" . if all it takes is cold calling , why wont the "guru" hire a 20 person cold calling team pay them $20/hr ( I have super start cold callers working for me for $8/hr) .

I  just do craigslist. i don't put my phone number because i want to pre-screen via email. otherwise you will have calls whenever it is most convenient for the caller and that can be any time.
