It’s a very popular market for out-of-state investors.

You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

I am thankful for all of the advice I've received on this platform and grateful for this community.

But, they are very popular gurus and are making a lot of money teaching their "classes" and groups.

So far, I've rated Evergreen and FCI lowest based on a number of reviews on different platforms that have consistent negative reviews mentioning certain specific issues that I find concerning (this is after accounting for the inevitable disgruntled customer/borrower who gets unjustifiably upset).Are you able to share any of your information?  

For each property, I have a few accounts including a high interest earning savings account for reserves within the platform.

Asana and Monday are indeed popular choices, but one tool that's come through for me has been this performance tracking tool.

Airdna is a good resource and tool, but I wouldn't rely solely on that platform for data.
