There are always opportunities in buying real estate, businesses, companies, etc., as long as you know (or think you know) what you are in for.

However, I believe this life-changing turn has been a blessing in disguise.In 2022, I had the opportunity to work with a skilled entrepreneur and together, we grew multiple businesses in Excavation, General Contracting, Inground Pool Installations, and Real Estate.

Another lesson is to research companies online and in forums like this before you do business with them and if you decide to do business with someone, dip your toe in the water slowly and continue to research the company after you start working with them, because things can change quickly.I have some questions:1.
