Here is why:  When I make a recommendation on a property that I know I am going to be manging I feel an added layer of accountability that this property better perform as promised.  

Yes the condo is one my wife and her sister inherited. i have a few rental properties here in PA i mange myself.  

I am looking into investing in Jamaica, but my husband is there and will actively mange it.The hardest part will be finding someone to manage it for you once you buy it.
