Hello All!!

First post to quickly connect and reach out to anyone who lives in the British Virgin Islands. Or info from any investors who have or are looking to purchase properties in the Caribbean. I have family on island so that helps to further the process. 

I'm looking for a multi family with at least 3 to 4 units. To purchase with in the next 6 to 8 months. Currently still researching from Brooklyn but I visited this Jan to speak with a few mortgage brokers and I'm excited to beginning my property search. Appreciate all the great stories and helpful info!
