The toilet leakage is also not raw sewage, its leakage from the gap between the toilet bowl and the tank when the toilet flushes (because of high pressure flush).

On the properties that I'm planning to sell for well-below market price, I'll leave the poly, verify that there are no leakage/rupture issues, and then put it in my disclosure so that the buyer will know before he puts in an offer that this is an issue.
