It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get to ANY freeway from my house, and the traffic here sucks because there's a light at EVERY intersection. 

We've developed a road map for investing in Toronto as there are only certain areas at any given time which have the right intersection of rent prices, property prices, tenants, and are going through gentrification (biggest lift in values here). 

It is hard to tell without a little more reference to where it is located - maybe nearest major intersection if you are trying to keep from listing the address. 

These areas are very tricky in that one side of an intersection can be very solid and the other side a war zone.

One of the $100K samples I got sits in the "South Shore" neighborhood, intersection of North Buffalo and West Lake Mead. 

It's at the busiest intersection in the city of Summerville.
