Hi my name is Karim Rogers and I currently live in the Bronx NY. I've been a resident of NYC for over 25 years and now at this stage in my life I'm ready to step into my own home(s) with the intentions of  becoming a landlord of multiple properties.  However, I have no experience in real estate and would like to learn the best and less expensive way(s) to get started in this market.
