I just want o let the selling party my intent.

The intention is good and there can be some solid advice. 

I was 3 months into the rehab when I found out that I needed a whole other category of insurance (builders risk) instead of the homeowners insurance I got on the purchase and that for all intents and purposes, I wasn't covered if something happened.Its a little thing amongst the many things that occurred on that first flip, but I always look back and say "who knew" and know that I know now.

Yes, the intention is to build a primary residence for my family to move into. 

Only the wholesaling act with no intention to purchase the home without a real estate license is in question.

The intent of getting a sales agent license is to educate myself in Real Estate and create some additional income.If your relationship is such that you need to hide your license, you’d be better off with a different working relationship.  

They clearly had no intention of paying off the loan in October but sought instead to further reduce their loan balance during a time of the note holder's personal hardship.

Do it very intentionally, not just for the sake of scaling up, but to get better quality or easier to manage properties that will replace lower quality or harder properties. 

As long as your intentions are clear and honest, you should be fine.

This is handy especially when the wholesaler is lying to the owner as well about their intentions.
