I like the goals you've set, as I share similar goals: 500+ units and $10M net worth by the time I am 45 (I just celebrated my 35th birthday on Halloween).  

Other seasonal pop-ups (pumpkin stands for Halloween, Xmas tree stands) would be ideas as well .

I'm in Rosemount (just off 55) so I'd be happy to meet up whenever you drive by.I have two teenage daughters and a 1.5 year-old boy, yesterday was his first Halloween experience; too much fun.

Rehabbing vacant units, lots and lots of landscaping, cleaning streets and the entire neighborhood, encouraged tenants to personalize homes with a contest for Halloween, etc...

The rich history of the building continues as several woodworking shops and a famous Halloween mask making company (Top Stone) once occupied the facility.
