There was actually already a law like this on the books in Oklahoma for years that had not been enforced for ages but could have been (it was poorly written as it said that that it did not apply to "Indians" born in the US,  I assume they meant native americans and not Indians from India). 

I search for agents on Facebook groups of investors from the target market.

So what we're not pivoting back to is our roots... to build out agent focused sites, specifically for agents who are "hybrid or hybrid curious" (Meaning they also are investors and want to attract motivated house sellers as well), and who are focused on wanting to pull in sellers vs. buyers.

The SFR property management realm at that time was a haven for agents who struggled to sell and a means to an end for brokerages to get more sales listings.

Persistence is key in for agents. 

Agent finder helped me but also look for agents that are closing deals and also work with investors.

As for agents I haven't found a good agent yet.

Look for agents that work with investors in your area, call the listing agents on properties that look like flips, and see if they run the deals themselves or if they can connect you with the investor who did the flip.

It's somewhat rare for agents to be knowledgeable in things outside of their daily tasks so the only time I get anywhere is when they genuinely want to pick my brain and sell the place.
