I have a clingy real estate agent and I'm not sure what to do.

I know this post is very weird but I recently "broke-up" with my previous real estate investor because they weren't on the same page as me when it came to investing.

I am now working with an agent that is an investor themselves and it is going very well. The problem is is that my old agent is still contacting me and trying to get me to view multi-family units with her and I have been kind of ignoring her (probably not the best move on my end) and she is getting more and more pushy.

Why is she trying to pursue me so badly? I'm definitely more and more put off the more she keeps trying to contact me and I'm just at a loss for what to do. Any insight would be a greet help, thank you.

Just tell them you signed on with another realtor.   Send her a breakup gift.   Maybe a Starbucks card so you don't burn any bridges... You never know when you'll need them to help you rent your property or if you ever decide to sell they might bring you a buyer.... Or every now and then they'll find you a great deal and bring it to you.   You can just flat out. Tell her that right now you're working with another agent that you really connected with but that you want to stay in touch with her over the long term.   That you're not looking for average deals that you're looking for killer deals So if she finds any 50% discount properties send those but you're not interested in just one of the mill properties.  That should work.
