I would suggest creating some templates you can send off (that don't sound like templates) via text. 4) I would stick with a more professional font.  

I just switched from post cards (1 wholesale deal out of 200+ post cards) to letters (Handwritten font, white notebook paper, #10 envelope, stamps, regular mail) so we'll see how the response to that goes!

People send me deals and I can't stand when they have unnecessary graphics, weird fonts, or formats.

Big apartment complexes have their own unique needs and the local MLS lease forms are always in 3-point font with convoluted phrasing that's often hard to implement in real landlord/tenant situations.

I want to BIG BOLD UNDERLINE SIZE 30 FONT @Max Householder's recommendation for Southern.

Both the envelope and letter are handwritten or use a font that looks handwritten. 

I noticed the font was quite a bit smaller a while ago, but now, the whole BP website maxes out at about 8 inches across on my large computer screen and the print is TINY. 

I created a font that looked like my handwriting and used mail merge to print the letters.

Just some ivory cardstock with a simple handwritten font, short and to the point.
