I do have some suggestions for making the most of your student rentals that may help.There are a few different types of renters college towns can provide;-Typical ‘in session’ student renters- Year round student renters (usually those out of state or from abroad, or university/residency renters)- Faculty/staff renters Your typical ‘in session’ renters are going to make up the bulk of your tenants in most cases, and this can be a pretty ideal scenario.

Most faculty and students are part of the church and will not tear the place up.Also nearby are the San Bernardino Mountain communities--Crestline (local County lake for non-motorized boats, recreation and swimming, forest and hiking trails such as to heart rock) , Lake Arrowhead (private lake, allows boats, -make sure the lot has lake membership, some tv stars have vacation homes around here), Running Springs (closest to Snow Valley for skiing), Big Bear (Lake and close to skiing, but more expensive property).

It's obvious that most people don't read, and the emails they write, and their overall poor comprehension is a testament to the fact that they have spent no time or effort in developing those faculties
