Is it from a specific ethnic group?

Have mostly rented to ethnic community in area but would like to attract other tenants with different business models etc.

Certain ethnic groups/religions may have a problem with it.  

Tough sell for anyone with options.And again, that whole "growing cityscape with cool stuff" is literally across the street in many cases.Real estate values are not, fundamentally, about ethnic restaurants and chi-chi boutiques and cool coffeeshops and so on.  

The result is 50 corrupt hands  -- elected on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, everything-but-ability -- in your pocket, not 15 competent managers who had to appeal to wide swaths of the population with their capabilities.

I'm glad I read the article because based on the title of it I thought this seems a bit racist to me to only offer these products to certain ethnicities. 

Although I have gone by "Jim" my whole life, it isn't the very ethnic first name on the rent checks. 

Her age or ethnicity had nothing to do with the legal problems or why this happened in the first place circumstances. 

He claimed it was a racial attack when it reality it did NOT matter what color or ethnic origin he was.
