(This brings you back to the post above, know your goals) My ultimate goal is passive income streams, everything else is a distraction or a means to an end.

For you the key is truly out of sight out of mind so it doesn't distract you from your primary rev source.   

But, if I can't create those 3 sentences and make them compelling, I'm not gonna spend the time to look at it deeper.Of course, most properties don't (arguably) have compelling theses, so people have to result in hand waving and distraction to make the seller feel like the commission is adding value.  

I have been distracted by other projects and now I am back focused on this.  

I feel it distracts you from your core business of investing.

I can't concern myself with what others are doing because then I'm distracted.

These are time sucking distractions that take away from the real work that needs to be done.I had my profile pic deleted for promotional reasons, which was incorrect, but it is no big deal as I understand the difficulty and massive workload of an army of volunteers who are unpaid to help out.

You will better meet your goals without distraction.
