Yep, got me a front loader to and the easy solution is to simply add bleach to the bleach dispenser occasionally; like one normally does when washing whites.

@JD Martin and @Steve Vaughan this seems like a massive oversight in dispensing information.

I'm not even sure how a tenant would cause that, unless they made the peel worse by pulling on it or used something on it that reacted with the paint poorly.Me personally, I don't provide damage receipts with the Security Dispensation letters I send. 

I'd like to be one of the first to dispense with the "crime" part...though I admit that it is taking me quite a while to figure out how to do this.

Plus, if you go to them first and explain your intent and give them the reasons why things have changed, they may be able to give you some sort of dispensation on it.To be honest, I have no idea why HUD does that nonsense anyway.

I also found out that they stole almost all of the towel racks and toilet paper dispensers, which only adds to our claim that it was vandalism.
