Hi Ethan, I would not entertain the idea of getting more money from this tenant in order to potentially increase your cash flow. 

We’d like to continue with this project remotely, but the idea of managing contractors and overseeing a renovation from afar feels a bit daunting.Have any of you undertaken a similar project?

They are also useful for private phone conversations and could be used for storage of valuables as they could be locked.I'd love to be able to broach this idea with other nationalities and cultures but it's really hard if they're not working very long hours and have hours of free time at home.

The idea would involve working together to construct a road that provides access to my property.From there, I’m considering developing a 16-unit multifamily project on my land.

You've got a great start by being here and an idea of what you want to do.

Nice idea, but if you can convert it to gas/propane, I would do that.
