Coil elements are readily available and inexpensive.3) Tenants - ours anyways - do not appear to be able to clean these cooktops without resorting to highly abrasive substances (steel wool, wire brushes) which brings us back to item #2 above.While I prefer a smooth cook-top in my own home, I am happy to say we only have one left in our rentals {it came with the building}.

The longer period is designed to have the entire family eat the poison then kill all of them.Inside if you find mice runs (holes near the floor or wall) – stuff them with steel wool – they hate it.If you have access to the home, you can apply the bait in the basement / crawl spaces so they are attracted to that area where they hopefully die.

@Todd Bailey, I have been doing some research about soundproofing because am currently house hacking 4plex two units upstairs what I am planning on doing is removing the cell, adding R13 Thermafiber Fire and Sound Guard Mineral Wool Insulation Batt and resilient Channel with resilient clips to decouple the ceiling and one layer of 5/8 🤷🏽
