I just recently started listening to BP Pod Casts and just listened to the 90 Day Challenge just recently.

I find myself casting a wider net outside of real estate because I am underemployed and am scared I will lose sight of my dream. 24/25 feels like the age where dreams go to die. 

@Sumitro SamaddarThere are other rent aggregators in the market like Rent Cast or BP confirm with those. 

Plumbing- corroded cast iron drain lines, corroded copper piping that leaks, sink trap leaks, sink popup ups that are non-functional.

The existing system is pretty old cast iron except some ABS pipe towards the front of the property before going into the street.

Look at Zillow, Rent Cast and BP rent estimators. 

What you are looking for is:1. what is the line made of - PVC preferred (newer), cast iron solid, clay would be a major concern2. are there trees in the front yard with roots growing into the line.
