Tim Gordon   We can attest to the scrap metal guys being crazy here too.....two weeks ago, we had replaced an old window in our carriage house apartment and we left it at the curb on regular garbage night.  

Or just a straight carriage house?

You are making a case for relaxing the laws regarding usage and carriage of guns.

The property is 4,300 sqaure feet, not including a carriage house behind the property.

Not ideal, but perhaps needs some research and a systematic approach..And the 800 lb elephant would be the condition of the main systems as mentioned above on house from the horse and carriage days...So even with numbers that work (in all caps) you may also want to make sure the building has been recently upgraded and that the living arrangement is manageable..

If you have one of those horseless carriages there are at least a dozen things out east going from the Cape though Boston and up to Manchester NH.
