In my main capacity I am a trial consultant who helps trial lawyers navigate the psychological nuances of litigation. About 3 years ago my business partner and I purchased a 5-plex in Colorado Springs CO. We have worked hard to create a strong community of tenants. We believe strongly in our veterans and reserved 3 of our units for the VA.

We are very interested expanding our holdings and looking to network and connect with others. We are also interested in connecting with investors and hard money lenders.
