The other thing to consider is inflation has the butterfly effect on pretty much any movement you do with real estate. 

Yikes.We're waiting for the bank to approve the deal, but believe me, the butterflies are dancing away in my belly.

In short, while its not all rainbows and butterflies in paradise, I think there are great opportunities in our Caribbean territories and happy to see other on BP exploring them.
