Hi All!

I'm Carla Patterson and I'm new to BP. I must say anytime you join a large network it can be quite intimidating. I pride myself in being a social butterfly but I'm scarreeeddd!! But here it goes:

I have been in the property management field since 2006. Started as a temp leasing consultant and worked my way up to PM. I currently work for the local Housing Authority. I have experience with Section 8 properties.

I'm looking to become a wholesaler, as I've read that it is the best strategy to get started in REI. Eventually I would like to fix and flip. I'm hoping my property management skills will be of some assistance to many of you.

Can't wait to learn a little more so that I can be a fun/helpful addition to the BP team.
