Pulled credit file from all 3 bureau's Purchased BOA Secured CardPaid $75 annual fee for Credit One CardWent to GoDaddy and got Hosting and URL with a coupon code for $1.00 month with free domain, +$9.99 for domain secrecy to prevent telemarketing and such.

I tried a few banks/CU (firsttech, Usbank, BoA) and they all said that they can do HELOCs only if i've 4 loans or less.

Firstly, how are you able to buy a one-off from BoA? 

I want to say this was the likes of BOA in my area, but it may have been a mortgage broker. 

@Bo A Vanecko, I have similar stipulations for AirBnB Instant Book, but it appears it there is any of those stipulations that are not met, it will come to you for acceptance of the booking rather than instant book.

I have done many searches in my area for banks, and most of the time I have gone into the bigger banks because I'm just having trouble finding the little guys.I've tried: Wells, BOA, Regions, Addition Financial, A few credit unions, and 3 brokers.
