Could the prices be lower than the MLS?

The price paid is well below what we should have paid based on number of lots/homes/ that can be built.

We do lower rates, and I'm curios if others have run into a "floor price" below which you just get problem guests.

If it's on the higher side you may want to consider it for mid-term or long term rental, but if most stays are below 30 it can be viable for short-term! 

A property in Haysville for example would be SW, but could also be filtered on "Haysville" specifically.
