I have a personal CPA, but they don't have much real estate background. 

Luckily, I am in construction and have a background in renovations. 

Would you say your perception may be different from most people because of your accountant background?

Hello @Johann Villalvir,Congratulations your accomplishment.Some background: I am an engineer and what I do in our investment services business is primarily data science and software development.We use data mining software to evaluate thousands of properties based on about 40 behavioral characteristics of our target tenant segment.

I don't have a lot of background on this - just what you provided - but that actually seems like a pretty reasonable message with some valid questions. 

so you can easily do some background on the principals..

Zillow screening doesn't catch all backgrounds, but Forewarn does and county records do as well.

I think one important note that I omitted from my original post was some background info.

I'd be curious how you could use your law background in real estate.
