The tipping point would be when the average American can't get basics like food, medicine, or shelter and is forced to choose between starvation and death or violence.  

The people that got laid off, if given the choice, would rather be working instead of losing their jobs and worrying about paying for basic needs like food and medicine.

on the flipside, I feel mortgage intrest rates will keep going down for next few months as well, so refinancing is what can be done meanwhile :)probably just to wait and watch until we get the medicine for this virus or overall numbers start getting better.

Hey I'm Tobins, and I'm trying to get started with wholesaling in the Ames, Iowa region, and I understand the gist of wholesaling but I'm just wondering how I should start, I'm a freshmen at iowa state university majoring in pre medicine.

Solely based on my observation, the growth in Buffalo has been insane - advances in education, medicine, and overall culture. 

I am happy to deliver groceries, medicine, supplies...whatever. 

A lot of consumer prices will deflate with some like medicine and necessities will not deflate, but stay the same or inflate.
