What I like about it is you can get different tastes from different places depending on your mood and no matter what its still better than most.

I usually design to my client and or architecture of the space or a mood I am trying to create. 

For other first timers - especially if you're more introverted, I recommend making "The Golden Phone Call" - a call to a close family member or friend to chat with in order to get you in a talkative mood just before going into your event.

An agent has every right to refuse a showing based on location, time of day, mood at the moment, commission, anything but discriminatory reasons.
