Hello,Hi am an investor from Israel, investing in Pittsburgh, PA area.I want to work on new construction project of SFH, i.e. build new SFH on strong areas, in order to sell on the market.For that, I need to find a good contractor with much experience with new construction, who can assist me with understand the construction costs, other costs which are added when building a new property, fees etc, and also connected to any other needed professional like architect etc.

It appraised for 97,000 and I was able to execute a cash out refinance for 60% of the appraised value meaning I received 58,200.I have flipped 100s to investors from around the world, Belgium, France, and Israel Most have never been to Cleveland.
