I am a new investor in Decatur. I already bought one house in 30032 and looking now for the second one. I am looking for contractor that can evaluate the rehab cost at inspection period, and then actually do the work. I leave in Israel and never been in Atlanta, so I need contractor which I can trust. Please recommend!
