For me personally if your going for burnt out landlord syndrome props or out of area landlords timing could be pretty goodif they have a rocky road next few weeks/months this could just be the straw that broke the HEY these rentals are not all that great thought process and they decide to sell..

The contractor that we've been working for month has had AC coil replaced to a new one as well as organic chemicals sprayed into the system, the procedure was performed three times and helped for a short period of time.The issue that is being described here is also known as "dirty sock syndrome". 99% of the time it's getting solved with coil replacement.

Meanwhile, my 78-year-old retired doctor tenant with Dropped Head Syndrome (DHS) can't possibly work or even drive a car or look someone in the eye and she's living in a tiny one-bedroom apartment and HUD keeps cutting her benefits even though her income continues to go down.I have a lot of things to say about HUD but non-judgmental isn't my thing.
