And this is Tulum proper, the actual beach area.. forget it, La Zebra, Be Tulum etc $500-1000/night, had a dinner at Rosa Negra $200 easy and that was just a quick treat.

If you do not want to do this, you can purchase a property, or a portion of a property, that the fund has already selected.You must spend money to improve the property. ( I think it is a percentage of the gain you had)  You must hold the property for 10 years.Then, winner winner Chicken Dinner

Hosts do anything to ensure a 5-star, to include lying about the guest just to coax a positive review out of them.Hotels don't look at reviews and they do just fine.The people you are talking about are the same ones that will eat most of a steak dinner, then demand a refund because it was under-cooked.

You could also have 40k cars a day on the road but on your side of traffic have only 10k and 30k is on other side.You could also have a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner model and have your property on the wrong side of the road for that ( going home side versus going to work ).I can go on and on have specialized in this for decades.

In many instances like this one - by the time it gets investigated damage is already done I love these articles not for the fact investors are getting abused.. but the statements about lavish lifestyle  fancy dinners etc etc.. every single white collar litigation or criminal complaint has that exact same language.. and now you know why the Mafia guys just lived in some plain Jane home and maybe drove a caddy and ate at a low end restaurant LOL.

Clinton,First off if it's listed,  You couldtake the owner to dinner but he has signed a contract with the agent .The agent gets a commission no matter what you try with the owner.
