Joe I would like to comment on this.There are different ways to help charity, does not always mean to give money you can donate time as well or other meaningful things.For me as I was studying what charities to support what I kept seeing is to much bloat or over head at the top and not enough of the donations getting to where they actually are needed. 

The middle manager with 20 years at their job might be a BIGGER risk as they have "golden handcuffs" meaning when they get laid off in a recession they might be able to find another job but likely not at the same bloated pay rate they originally had. 

I don't think I'm concerned with such things as institutional bloat, overhead, expenses, salaries, no physical assets I control, etc ...

My goal in 2023 is all centered around cutting out bloat.

Traditional hotel rooms don't have kitchens and the ones that do have kitchens are mostly small studios (plus hotels have a bloated inefficient staffing model).I have a colleague who has 500+ flex housing units and he is basically getting short-term rates with short, medium, and longer term stays. 

This isn't a boom town like cities in North Dakota that bloat up during good oil times and deflate during bad oil times.

I am personally a bit excited for this change, this were getting a bit bloated and stagnant.

That's a rough estimate of the FMV sales price.Much above that, the seller is seeking a bloated sale to increase his profits.How do I know? 

Not to mention that the ARVs are bloated all the time.

A lot of those employees are unnecessary and the strategy may be to keep a partial shutdown until enough people leave their jobs to reduce government bloat a bit.
